In 1996, HCM Buildings was founded as Home and Commercial Maintenance LLC by Joey and Justine Swarner. Originally a local maintenance and remodeling company, Joey started the business working out of his truck, gaining hands-on experience while building strong relationships with clients and suppliers. His interest in metal roofing quickly grew, leading to the expansion of services into metal buildings and the development of a skilled team.

Over the past decade, HCM Buildings has earned a reputation for its personable approach, high-quality construction, and unwavering dedication to client satisfaction.
